Transformers Revenge of the Fallen will be the first DVD and Blu-ray EVER to use augmented reality to activate a compelling new form of entertainment using the packaging and a webcam.
Fans who point the front of the 2-disc DVD or Blu-ray package at a webcam will activate a 3D holographic experience that includes puzzle solving, discovery, and game-play. As part of this experience, fans will be able to examine the Matrix of Leadership help Optimus Prime shoot Decepticon targets, and more-all in holographic 3D.

Mega-director Michael Bay has announced today on his website that “Transformers 3″ already has a release date set. Bay has announced that he is also already in pre-production for the film, and that the cast is coming together, with Megan Fox already onboard.
The third live-action adaptation of the toy and cartoon line from the 1980’s is set for release July 1st, 2011. The first two films, which were produced by Steven Spielberg, released in 2007and 2009 respectively, have grossed over $700 and $400 million each at the box office world-wide.
