Eduardo Sencion killed four people and wounded eight others on September 6 at an IHOP restaurant in Carson City, Nevada before he shot himself in the head, MSNBC is reporting. The gunman pulled into IHOP’s parking lot n a minivan with a yellow “Support Our Troops” sticker on it, opened fire and continued into the restaurant. He walked towards a table of uniformed National Guard members before shooting each one of them, and fatally killing three of them.
