Neil Patrick Harris and his partner of six years, David Burtka, are expecting twins via a surrogate, E! Online reported on August 14. The ‘How I Met Your Mother’ star later confirmed the news on his Twitter page, saying “So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall. We’re super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy.” The news comes after Star Magazine reported last year that Harris and Burtka, who works as a chef and has guest-starred on the hit CBS sitcom, were expecting a child.
