MTV recently announced the complete list of nominees for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards listed below. The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will air live on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 9PM and on Sunday, September 20 at 5pm ET with Spanish subtitles on MTV. MTV will announce additional performers, nominees and presenters on a later date. Viewers can vote for general VMAs categories, including “Best New Artist,” by visiting vma.mtv.com beginning Tuesday, August 4. “Best New Artist” voting continues through the show, live on September 13.
