MTV is reporting that along with the return of Peter Berg as director, Will Smith and Charlize Theron will be returning for “Hancock 2″, at least according to the director. Two new unnamed writers are attached, with Smith also consulting on the story for the film, which will be a followup to the 2008 film “Hancock”. Berg also hinted that a third character similar to Smith’s and Theron’s superpowered gods from the first film is being written, and an unnamed actor being eyed by the director and production staff for the role.
