Universal’s adaptation of the Oni Press graphic novel series “Scott Pilgrim”, which will be called “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” and is being directed by Edgar Wright, has announced a slew of casting updates for the film including Brandon Routh, Chris Evans, and Brie Larson. “Pilgrim”, based on Bryan Lee O’Malley’s comic which began in 2004, centers on young slacker Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera), who meets the woman of his dreams (Mary Elizabeth Winstead).
