Last year’s “Insidious” had a strong showing at the box office, garnering a worldwide gross of $97 million and due to the popularity of the film, the film’s writer, Leigh Whannell and director James Wan are returning to create a sequel, according to The Hollywood Reporter. According to Coming Soon, the details on the film are scant, but it could be assumed that Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne will return.
