The actor and comedian is legally eligible to approximately $20 million of his estranged wife’s money, as they didn’t sign a pre-nup. As a result, everything they earned during their 14-month marriage is community property, and each is entitled to 50 percent of the earnings. The actor will produce the film, which was written by Matt Portenoy, with his Branded Films partner Nik Linnen.
