According to Reuters, CBS will be replay the entire first season of the hit series “Dexter” starring Michael C. Hall (“Six Feet Under”) to fill the programming hole created by the writers strike. This is the first time a cable show has gone to commercial network television. Based on the novel “Darkly Dreaming Dexter” by Jeff Lindsay, “Dexter” follows Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan an employee at the Miami Metropolitan Police Departments Crime Lab, but by night is a a self proclaimed psychopath who meticulously murders the very same serial killers he tracks by day.
