Shakira May Face Legal Trouble in Spain for Video

Shakira is under fire from Spanish officials after a video of her dancing in the historic public foundation at Pla de Palau in Barcelona and riding a motorcycle without a helmet surfaced on YouTube, Popeater.com reported on August 21. The Colombian singer may face fines for various infractions, including disrupting traffic as he dance around in bikini. The video was for Shakira’s upcoming single with Dizzee Rascal, ‘Loca,’ off of her upcoming Spanish album, ‘Slae El Sol,’ due in stores on November 2.
