Hollywood icon and action star Steven Seagal has a new reality series on the way which will follow him during his little-known role as a police officer in Louisiana. Seagal has been a fully commissioned deputy at Louisiana’s Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office for the last 20 years. Aside from his duties as an everyday cop, Seagal also works with the force’s SWAT team by teaching officers how to properly use firearms and how to battle in hand-to-hand combat.
