Jimmy Fallon has made his mark on late night through his spot-on spoof videos. This latest one, based on the hit show “Downton Abbey,” is not only hilarious, but spot-on with all of the “Downton” references and storyline. In fact, it’s probably a little too eerie. I feel like the storyline in “Once Upon a Time” is now on a collision course with the finish line, which is good, because I’ve been itching to see how all of the loose ends were going to tie up. You might remember Collin Varallo, a Birmingham, Alabama landscape company owner, from the first season of CMT’s “Sweet Home Alabama,” a matchmaking reality show that pitted several southern bachelors against each other for the heart of Alabama native, Devin Grissom. If you were awake at midnight eastern time, you were probably excited to see Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim show the popular Toonami lineup. Being a kid of that generation, I was certainly excited to see shows like “Bleach,” “Dragonball Z,” “Gundam Wing,” “Tenchi Muyo,” “Outlaw Star,” “Big O” and more. If only the night never ended! It would seem that Keith Olbermann can’t keep a job. The Hollywood Reporter (and, ironically, MSNBC) has just released the news that Olbermann has been fired from Current TV. As a small recap, Olbermann was let go from MSNBC last December due to disagreements about his role in MSNBC’s coverage of the Republican primary season. He was soon picked up by Current TV. Since then, he has started getting into disagreements with the executives of Current, and according to MSNBC, getting into arguments with his bosses is his M.O.–another former feud includes an argument with the leadership of ESPN. This episode is the first one that has started the ball rolling when it comes to Emma finally believing that Storybrooke’s citizens are trapped in our reality. The finale of “Project Runway All Stars” has come and gone, and I have to admit that I’m a little relieved to see it go. It’s strange that after you go through a reality show, you become tired of it. However, I do have to say that even after all of the histrionics and “depressing rain cloud” mentality, Mondo clearly deserved the win. His collection was the most cohesive out of all of them, even though there were some sticking points with it. Things turn from bad to worse for our squeaky-clean Mary Margaret. In fact, she’s being painted as a murderer. In Storybrooke, Emma is still investigating the disappearance of Kathryn, which is turning into a murder investigation due to the discovery of a human heart inside a jewelry box. Mary Margaret is insistent on her innocence, but the evidence keeps piling up–the jewlery box is Mary Margaret’s, there’s no sign of entry into her and Emma’s apartment, and a hunting knife was found in the apartment’s floor vent. Before I start this week’s recap, I have to say that fan favorite Mondo is coming out of this looking worse and former villainess Kenley came out looking surprising well! If you’ve been following “Project Runway” since the beginning, you know how crazy this sounds.
