Huzzah! Andy Serkis has signed onto the sequel for “Rise of the Planet of the Apes”! The Hollywood Reporter has an article outlining the particulars of Serkis’ return to the highly successful franchise, which also starred James Franco, John Lithgow, Frieda Pinto and Tom Felton, which includes Fox exercising its option on the director of “Rise of the Planet of the Apes,” Rupert Wyatt, and asking “Rise” writers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver to write a script for the sequel. Many “Harry Potter” fans now have a new reason to follow fashion. According to All Headline News, “Harry Potter” stars Rupert Grint and Tom Felton have been tapped by fashion company Band of Outsiders to headline their new fall campaign. Twentieth Century Fox’s “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” has released a new viral video in which the L.A. 405 highway is blocked off for some reason…that reason being an attack by apes starting at Mullholland Drive. The attack is presumably led by Caesar. You can watch the video below for yourself.
