Ray Stevenson, Jaime King, Stephen Moyer, Robert Duvall and James Caan are all attached to star in the post-apocalyptic sci-fi thriller “Tribes of October”. Philippe Martinez is directing and producing, based on a script from Nick Vallelonga and Paul Sloan. The film is set in a future where New York, technologically crippled with nothing made past the 1960′s working, is surrounded by desert wastelands.
