With Michael Douglas’ new sequel to the Academy Award-winning movie ‘Wall Street’ set for release on September 24, his ex-wife Diandra Douglas brought him to a New York court on August 24, the Associated Press (AP) is reporting. Diandra’s lawyer, Nancy Chemtob, is claiming she is entitled to his proceeds from ‘Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps,’ as agreed in their 2000 divorce. Michael agreed that she is to receive half of his earnings from spin-offs of any work he did while they were married. But his lawyer Marilyn B. Michael Douglas’ doctors have discovered the 65-year-old actor has a tumor in his throat, PEOPLE reported on August 16. Douglas, who released a statement confirming the discovery, said he is very optimistic. He will receive radiation and chemotherapy for eight weeks. While Douglas didn’t confirm if the tumor is benign or malignant, his doctors think he will make a full recovery.
