Variety.com is breaking the story of Warner Bros. courting Jeffrey Dean Morgan to star in their big-screen adaptation of the DC/Vertigo title “The Losers”. Morgan is slated to appear as The Comedian in the upcoming “Watchmen” movie, the highly-anticipated film adaptation of the famous Alan Moore and David Gibbons graphic novel in theaters March 6th.
The Losers, written by Andy Diggle and drawn by Jock between 2003 and 2006, takes place in world focusing on intelligence, black ops, and the US “War On Terror”. They are a Special Forces team lent to the C.I.A. in the 1990’s and were betrayed and left for dead by their handler, a mysterious man [...]

Enos, the on-set photographer for the upcoming big-screen “Watchmen” adaptation directed by Zack Snyder, also created all the photographs in the film, including shooting the infamous Minutemen team photograph. “Watchmen Portraits” is in stores today, and features portraits of props and of the cast in costume.

March 24th has been slated for the DVD and Blu-Ray release of “Tales Of The Black Feighter”, the animated “story within a story” pirate comic that is being read within the pages of DC/Vertigo’s “Watchmen” as the story unfolds of flawed and tragic human superheroes struggle to unravel a mystery that threatens their whole world.
