However, David has said that this week, he has offered the networks money in order for him to use their programming for his Aereo-like online streaming service. <\/p>\n<p>According to David, the networks should agree to his terms, but conventional wisdom would suggest that it&#8217;s going to be an uphill battle, considering the lawsuits that have just been settled. <\/p>\n<p>In any case, David has created a site called BarryDriller.com, a take on Barry Diller, Aereo&#8217;s backer. The site already has spaces set aside for NBC, ABC, Fox and CBS, and the site states that the service will be free after a subscription. <\/p>\n<p>You can read more about David&#8217;s initial settlement agreement at Deadline, which involves withdrawing himself from a subscription streaming service, paying $1.6 million and stepping away from his lawsuit against CBS Interactive.
