He&#8217;ll load the wood and burn the coal for the 170 square foot smoker in order to help prepare the hogs for the fire.<\/p>\n<p>Next, Mooking will head to Greer, South Carolina for Bovinova, a two-day meat-filled feast started by five food-loving friends. He&#8217;s introduced to the custom-built cow rack used to roast a 1,000 pound cow over an open flame that will feed more than 600 barbecue lovers.<\/p>\n<p>In upcoming episodes, the &#8216;Heat Seekers&#8217; co-host will visit Pacifica, California to help prepare a whole pig with a pit master for a Hawaiian-style barbecue. Mooking will also head to Austin to see how South American parilla-style rib roasts and pork steaks are cooked on a homemade grill.
