The article from Courthouse News states that Monica D&#8217;Onforio is seeking damages on nine counts, claiming David attacked her at a Beverly Hills studio October 19 after cameras followed him off set and into the control room where D&#8217;Onforio was working. According to the article, D&#8217;Onforio started with FilmOn Studios as a media coordinator in June and also worked on the live show titled &#8220;Funny News Network&#8221; until she was fired in October.<\/p>\n<p>David said that D&#8217;Onforio was in on the joke. &#8220;If anyone looks at the video they can clearly see that we were all having fun and there was no intent to harm to offend Ms. D\u2019Onofrio or any other of the employees. In fact, Ms. D\u2019Onofrio can be seen laughing throughout the event. It is fortunate that we have the entire incident on video so everyone can see for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When asked about Ms. D&#8217;Onfrio&#8217;s claims, David replied &#8220;There are many lies in Monica D&#8217;Onfrio&#8217;s statements and they need to be retracted or I will have no choice but to make sure that that I am completely vindicated by suing for slander. I will not do what she expects which is to pay her off. Everything that I am telling you here will easily be proven. Ms. D&#8217;Onofrio was never fired, she was always ready to be on camera, she was well aware of the vibe of the whole place as being fun and loud. She got plenty of lunch and rest breaks, she got her taxes paid once the system was set up, she was never told to be quiet about any incident and most importantly I never harassed her.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Here is the video if you haven&#8217;t seen it already:<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"350\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_r3T4FvHYsw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Mr. David continued, &#8220;I believe that she may have been coerced Monica into making these these damaging accusations. I will of course seek financial damages from absolutely everyone who aided and abetted this fraudulent behavior and make an example of them in anyway that I can. Again let me reiterate that she was never fired. She is now however most certainly fired.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;Onforio claims that she didn&#8217;t consent to any touching and didn&#8217;t agree to appear on his show. She also claims that whens he complained about David&#8217;s &#8220;harassment,&#8221; she was told to &#8220;keep her objections to herself&#8221; and was subsequently fired. She also claims her employers paid her without deducting taxes, never paid her for overtime work and did not provide her with required rest breaks.<\/p>\n<p>We contacted Channel 64\/FIlmOn TV&#8217;s LA\/San Francisco cable channel and were told that the appropriate measure were being taken to counter-sue Ms. D&#8217;Onofrio for making false accusations and slander.
