{"id":12337,"date":"2009-03-11T00:00:49","date_gmt":"2009-03-11T07:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/?p=12337"},"modified":"2009-03-10T17:35:54","modified_gmt":"2009-03-11T00:35:54","slug":"trio-joins-robin-hood-film","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/2009\/03\/11\/trio-joins-robin-hood-film\/","title":{"rendered":"Trio Joins Robin Hood Film"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to <em>The Hollywood Reporter<\/em>, actors Scott Grimes, Kevin Durand and Alan Doyle have been cast as the group of adventurers in Ridley Scott&#8217;s untitled Robin Hood tale.<\/p>\n<p>Grimes has been cast in the role of Will Scarlet, a skilled swordsman and Hood&#8217;s nephew, while Durand and Doyle are playing Hood&#8217;s right-hand man Little John and Alan a Dayle, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Grimes is best known for his role on hit TV drama &#8220;ER&#8221; and providing voice parts to characters in &#8220;American Dad!&#8221;. Durand&#8217;s claim to fame was his character Martin Keamy on ABC&#8217;s &#8220;LOST&#8221; and will also be seen in upcoming action flick <strong>X-Men Origins: Wolverine<\/strong> as the Blob.
