“Jersey Boys” is directed and co-produced by Clint Eastwood with the screenplay and musical book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. Song music is by Bob Gaudio with lyrics by Bob Crewe. Other producers on the film include Graham King, Robert Lorenz, and the list of executive producers include Brett Ratner, Gaudio and Frankie Valli himself (along with Tim Moore, Tim Headington, James Packer and Steven Mnuchin).
