A parody of the original series which followed a father and two children who end up lost in a prehistoric-like fantasy world, the film follows a disgraced professor, his assistant, and a paranoid survivalist expert, who are transported and trapped in a mysterious world populated by dinosaurs, ape-people, the reptilian Sleestak, and more, and try to find their way back home. <\/p>\n
“Land of the Lost” is in theaters June 5th and stars Will Ferrell, Danny McBride, and Anna Friel. <\/p>\n
