Simon Pegg is taking on a new role in “Kill Me Three Times.” The actor is playing rather against type as an assassin who’s currently on the job, as it were, out to kill a woman (Alice Braga). But the film is still a comedy of sorts, so Pegg will still be using his comedic skills as his character tries to keep afloat in a story filled with twists and turns. <\/p>\n

The film’s original screenplay is by James McFarland and also stars Sullivan Stapleton as a gambling addict, Callan Mulvey as a rich beach club owner, Luke Hemsworth as a surfer trying to win the heart of his lady love, Teresa Palmer as a character described as a “small town Lady Macbeth,” and Bryan Brown as a bad cop. The film will be in theaters April 10; it’s currently out on Ultra VOD. <\/p>\n
