Lynn Collins, who will be starring in “The Burning Plain”, the upcoming planned live-action adaptation of the “John Carter, Warlord of Mars” franchise recently talked to MTV about the Edgar Rice Burroughs space fantasy classic.<\/p>\n
Collins said she’s already seen preliminary work of fight sequences she’ll be involved with, and says about the preproduction;<\/p>\n
“We’re actually getting into some hair and makeup tests this week to see what the look is like, […] It’s really collaborative and really creative and I’m really excited about it.”<\/p>\n
Collins’ co-star in the film will be her “X-Men Orgins: Wolverine” costar Taylor Kitsch. Kitsch will be portraying the title character, a Civil War vet inexplicably transported to the Red Planet of Mars, where he has all sorts of adventures.<\/p>\n
