Famed attorney Tony Buzbee<\/strong> posted on Instagram yesterday, alleging that “investigators” were contacting current and former clients, offering to pay them to sue his law firm<\/strong>. Buzbee<\/strong> stated that a client recorded<\/strong> the shake down. Buzbee is representing multiple victims<\/strong> in lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> and Shawn Carter<\/strong>, also known as Jay-Z<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

An Offer You Can’t Refuse?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Criminal Schemes in the Spotlight<\/h3>\n

Buzbee alleges that the “investigators” are on tape offering to pay his firm’s clients to sue his law firm<\/strong>.\u00a0 No word yet which of Diddy’s<\/strong> or Jay-Z’s attorneys<\/strong> can claim credit for the terror campaign; Alex Spiro<\/strong>, Marc Agnifilo, Mark Geragos<\/strong>, and his daughter Teny Geragos<\/strong>, are all radio silent. Mark Geragos<\/strong> has a history of questionable behavior,<\/strong> including the use of investigators to intimidate<\/a> and silence<\/a> victims.<\/p>\n

Critics point out the alleged criminal schemes<\/strong> are eerily familiar to the illegal tactics<\/strong> of disgraced former private investigator<\/strong>, now convicted felon<\/strong>, Anthony Pellicano. Pellicano<\/strong> previously worked for Diddy attorney Mark Geragos<\/strong>. Pellicano has been linked to several murders<\/strong>, and attempted murders<\/strong> of witnesses<\/strong> and victims<\/strong> in high profile cases<\/strong>. Many are calling for the cold cases to be reopened and properly investigated.<\/p>\n

Our interviews with victims <\/strong>have revealed that Mark Geragos<\/strong> was “very involved,” in the intimidation<\/strong> and silencing<\/strong> of Diddy victims. Geragos<\/strong> used his law enforcement contacts<\/strong> to both threaten victims<\/strong>, and prevent them from reporting.<\/p>\n

Desperate Measures

An insider stated they are not surprised at the latest round of tactics. “The defense team is desperate<\/strong>. This seems like a last ditch effort<\/strong> to derail one of the lead plaintiffs attorneys. It appears to be backfiring<\/strong>.” The insider goes on to state, “They’re afraid this could unravel their entire criminal enterprise<\/strong>, and bring alot of other powerful people<\/strong> down with them.”<\/p>\n

“Conspiracy of Harrasment, Bullying, and Intimidation”<\/h2>\n

The latest news follows the revelation of Shawn Carter (Jay-Z)<\/strong> being named as a defendant in the previously filed Diddy civil<\/strong> lawsuit<\/strong>, 24-cv-07975-AT. The lawsuit alleges that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> and Shawn Carter raped a 13 year old girl<\/strong> at a 2000 VMA’s after party.<\/p>\n

The first amended complaint<\/a>, details the alleged assault by Combs<\/strong> and Carter<\/strong>. Carter had previously been identified only as “Celebrity A<\/strong>.” The amended complaint goes on to allege that Jay-Z “orchestrat[ed] a conspiracy of harrasment, bullying and intimidation<\/strong> against Plaintiff’s lawyers, their lawyers, employees, and former associates in an attempt to silence Plaintiff from naming Jay-Z<\/strong> herein.”<\/p>\n
