Attorney Mark Geragos<\/strong> is once again being accused of fraud<\/strong> and conspiracy<\/strong>, this time involving a shell company owned by him, used to allegedly defraud<\/strong> New York jewelry designer, Pamela Love.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geragos Sued for “Fraud” and “Conspiracy”<\/h2>\n

Diddy’s<\/strong> infamous attorney Mark Geragos<\/strong> has been sued in court, yet again<\/strong>. This time it’s for fraud<\/strong> and conspiracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

New York based jewelry designer Pamela Love<\/strong> filed a lawsuit against lawyer Mark Geragos<\/strong> and Lyndon Lee<\/strong>, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. \u00a0The $7 million lawsuit<\/strong> follows after the plaintiff was granted a final partial and an interim final award, last December. Plaintiff Love<\/strong> alleges that the Alex and Ani<\/strong> owners have still not paid her, and that Mark Geragos<\/strong> is part of the scheme.<\/p>\n

“Sham to Defraud Creditors”<\/h2>\n

\u201cThe transfer was from insider to insider,\u201d the lawsuit states. \u201cWith two insider liens<\/strong> on Alex and Ani\u2019s assets and no defenses to Pamela Love\u2019s claims … Geragos caused<\/strong> the Bathing Club and Alex and Ani<\/strong> to execute a strict foreclosure on Alex and Ani\u2019s assets on or around July 24, 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

The suit alleges that the foreclosure “was part of a sham to defraud creditors<\/strong>” and did not disrupt business operations.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe purported foreclosure was in name only. Employees of Alex and Ani<\/strong> were \u2018laid off\u2019 and \u2018rehired\u2019 on the same day,\u201d the lawsuit reads<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mark Geragos: Criminal Lawyer, or Criminal?<\/h2>\n

Mark Geragos<\/strong> list of alleged misdeeds continues to pile up, with the frequency appearing to increase lately. In 2019 Geragos was implicated in the multi-million dollar Nike extortion scam<\/strong> with currently incarcerated partner Michael Avenatti.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geragos Violated Ethical Rules in Arizona<\/h3>\n

In 2021, Mark<\/strong> Geragos<\/strong> and his law firm partner Ben Meiseles<\/strong>, were the subjects of a lawsuit<\/a> against the City of Mesa, AZ. <\/strong>The Court found that the pair violated Arizona ethical rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further, Chief US District Judge Snow<\/strong>, ruled that Geragos “is required to disclose this finding of ethical violations<\/strong> and attach this order to the pro hac vice application,” should he or his law firm seek to practice law in Arizona ever again<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Allegedly Stole from Genocide Victims and Their Families<\/h3>\n

Worse yet, Mark Geragos<\/strong>\u00a0faced State Bar of CA investigations<\/strong> into his alleged thievery<\/strong> from Armenian genocide victims<\/strong> in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ricco, RICO?<\/h3>\n

Mark’s own daughter Teny Geragos<\/strong> has been under the microscope as of lately, due to the controversy regarding the stepping down of fellow Diddy attorney<\/strong>, Anthony Ricco.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ricco<\/strong> left Team Diddy<\/strong> two weeks ago, with many speculating he refused to do Diddy’s bidding, and was not on board with the alleged criminal activity<\/strong>. Many critics have questioned whether Teny Geragos<\/strong> and her interloper father Mark Geragos<\/strong>, were behind the in-fighting.<\/p>\n
