In what has become a series of blunders, Team Diddy<\/strong> is clawing at any semblance of a defense for disgraced rapper<\/strong> and mogul<\/strong>, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong>. After asserting the ‘Freak Off’s’<\/strong> and associated sexual assaults<\/strong> were “consensual,” Team Diddy<\/strong> is now pivoting and claiming Combs is nothing more than a ‘swinger.’\u00a0<\/strong>The so-called defense does not explain or account for, the drugging<\/strong> and raping<\/strong> of numerous unwilling victims <\/strong>over a period of decades.<\/p>\n

The ‘Swingers’ Defense Debunked<\/h2>\n

In Team Diddy’s<\/strong> latest desperation, they’ve pulled out what is being referred to as the \u00a0‘swinger’ defense<\/strong>. Alleging that Diddy<\/strong> is simply a misunderstood swinger<\/strong>, his lawyers must be hoping the jury are easily fooled.<\/p>\n

Offering no plausible explanation for the drugging of victims,<\/strong> Diddy’s attorneys<\/strong> are hoping to gaslight<\/strong> the public and jury into believing that Diddy is just a swinger<\/strong> living a swinger lifestyle.<\/p>\n

“There’s a lifestyle, call it swingers, that he was in that he thought was appropriate,” Marc Agnifilo<\/strong> said, ABC reported. “The reason he thought it was appropriate is because it’s so common.”<\/p>\n

Questions remain, however. Besides the obvious, none of the defenses presented by Team Diddy<\/strong> explain the criminal organization Diddy was allegedly running<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Team Diddy Desperate and at Breaking Point<\/h2>\n

Lately, Team Diddy<\/strong> has attempted to put out numerous defenses gearing up for his criminal trial<\/strong> in New York.<\/p>\n

After attempting to use ‘the race card<\/strong>,’ it’s leaked out that Team Diddy<\/strong> is looking for a ‘black female attorney<\/strong>‘ to join the team. Critics have universally dismissed Diddy’s ‘racism’ defense<\/strong> as laughable.<\/p>\n

Team Diddy<\/strong>, headed by criminal attorneys Marc Agnifilo<\/strong>, Teny Geragos<\/strong>, with new additions Mark Geragos<\/strong>, and Brian Steele<\/strong>, have been rocked by allegations of misconduct<\/strong> with the resignation<\/strong> of attorney Anthony Ricco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apparently, whatever attorney Anthony Ricco<\/strong> saw or heard was enough for him to realize no amount of money<\/strong> was worth defending Diddy<\/strong>, and that going along with the alleged criminal conduct<\/strong> of Diddy’s other attorneys, which includes<\/a> intimidation<\/strong> and harassment<\/strong> of witnesses<\/strong> and victims, was simply not worth it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Critics are waiting for the other shoe to drop, anticipating Diddy’s very own attorneys<\/strong> being possibly indicted<\/strong> for<\/strong> criminal conspiracy, <\/strong>for their roles in the numerous incidents of witness intimidation, <\/strong>and worse<\/a>.<\/p>\n
