Followers of the case, have remarked that Team Diddy<\/strong> are picking out defenses out of a hat<\/strong>, to the delight of the prosecution<\/strong> because they make no sense at all<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Diddy Defense Smorgasbord<\/h2>\n

We covered<\/a> Diddy’s ‘diminished mental capacity’<\/strong> defense earlier today, which follows his attempt at the ‘swingers’ defense<\/a> just days earlier. With new defenses<\/strong> coming out daily<\/strong>, many are attributing the ‘spaz attacks’<\/strong> to the total incompetence<\/strong> of newly appointed legal hack, Mark Geragos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As we reported earlier, many believe that Mark Geragos<\/strong> is attempting to bury his client Diddy<\/strong>. The theory is that Geragos makes more money when his clients get locked up, and stay there. Geragos<\/strong> is attempting to make money off of appeals<\/strong>, and appeals of appeals.<\/p>\n

When not allegedly conniving at his clients defeat<\/a>,<\/strong> Geragos<\/strong> is writing his next book and writing his next contract with TMZ<\/strong>, states an insider.<\/p>\n
