Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro’s<\/strong> past appears to be <\/span>catching up to him<\/strong>, with his role as <\/span>Harvey Weinstein’s<\/strong> ‘fixer’ attorney<\/strong> and <\/span>scandals<\/strong> coming to light. <\/span>The newly discovered<\/strong> allegations<\/strong> expose Alex Spiro,<\/strong>\u00a0Lisa Bloom<\/strong>, Harvey Weinstein<\/strong>, David Boies,<\/strong> and others, in participating in a coordinated pattern of victim intimidation<\/strong> and threats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Back in 2018, Alex Spiro<\/strong> (rhymes with pyro), was working as an associate lawyer<\/strong> for Benjamin Brafman<\/strong> in his defense of convicted rapist<\/strong>, Harvey Weinstein<\/strong>. Brafman was formerly Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ attorney,<\/strong> before stepping down in 2025.<\/p>\n

Current Diddy attorneys, Teny Geragos<\/strong> and Marc Agnifilo<\/strong>, both hail from Brafman’s law firm<\/strong>. Both left<\/a> to open their own law firm in March 2024<\/strong>, dubbed Agnifilo<\/strong> Intrater<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Weinstein’s other attorneys, Lisa Bloom<\/strong>, and David Boies<\/strong>, were accused<\/a> by actress Rose McGowan<\/strong> of working with intelligence firm Black Cube,<\/strong> and associated private investigators<\/strong>, to intimidate<\/strong> and silence victims<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Hollywood Reporter<\/strong> famously covered the lawsuit<\/strong>, and documented the “diabolical and illegal effort”\u00a0<\/strong>by attorney Lisa Bloom<\/strong> and Black Cube<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apparently, Lisa Bloom<\/strong> wasn’t the only attorney involved. Alex Spiro<\/strong> also participated<\/a>, according to one of Weinstein’s victims<\/strong>, Melissa Thompson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“One of the plaintiffs, Melissa Thompson<\/strong>, claims Spiro tricked her<\/strong> into turning over \u201cvisual and audio evidence<\/strong> of Weinstein\u2019s actions\u201d by convincing her that he and Brafman were \u201cworking for the victims\u201d<\/strong> of the movie mogul,” according<\/a> to the NY Post<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Earlier this month, Spiro<\/strong> \u2014 who now represents Jay-Z<\/strong> as a partner at global powerhouse Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan<\/strong> \u2014 and Brafman were referenced in a class-action suit filed against Weinstein by three other accusers.<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro<\/strong> now appears to be tied to several other allegations of witness intimidation<\/strong> and threats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As our readers know, Jay-Z,<\/strong> real name Shawn Corey Carter<\/strong>, was very good friends<\/a> as well as business associates with Harvey Weinstein<\/strong>. Their long running partnerships and business deals are laid out meticulously. Included is Jay-Z’s<\/strong> bid for Weinstein’s<\/strong> companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro’s Alleged Criminal Conduct<\/h2>\n

How He Was Caught Lying and Impersonating Law Enforcement<\/h3>\n

It comes as no surprise that Alex Spiro<\/strong> not only represented Harvey Weinstein<\/strong>, but is now representing his good friend Jay-Z,<\/strong> too.<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro<\/strong> is accused<\/a> of numerous violations, including that in 2013<\/strong>, he lied<\/strong>\u00a0and impersonated<\/strong>\u00a0law enforcement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the NY Post<\/a>:<\/p>\n

“Alex Spiro \u2014 who left the Manhattan District Attorney\u2019s Office in July 2013 \u2014 flashed his badge<\/strong> the following year while attending a legal conference in Miami<\/strong>, where he bragged that he was head of the DA\u2019s \u201chomicide bureau,\u201d<\/strong> sources said.<\/p>\n

There is no such bureau in the DA\u2019s Office<\/strong>, and one of the women \u2014 who knew that fact \u2014 called his bluff, sources said.”<\/p>\n

In addition to the Miami incident<\/strong>, Spiro<\/strong> repeatedly used his old badge to get into a restricted area i<\/strong>n the Manhattan Criminal Courthouse<\/strong> known as the Early Case Assessment Bureau, where prosecutors and cops prepare criminal complaints against newly arrested defendants, sources said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw him several times after he had left, sitting in ECAB in the seats where police officers sit with prisoners,\u201d<\/strong> said one person who was a prosecutor at the time.<\/p>\n

Former Manhattan prosecutors are allowed to keep their badges on the condition that they don\u2019t display them in public<\/strong>, according to several former prosecutors.<\/p>\n

At the time of the Miami<\/strong> and ECAB incidents<\/strong>, Spiro was an associate of defense lawyer Ben Brafman<\/strong>, who is currently representing Weinstein<\/strong> against charges that the movie mogul raped a woman in 2013 and sexually assaulted another in 2004.<\/p>\n

In April 2024<\/strong>, Alex Spiro<\/strong> wrongly appeared<\/strong> at a Texas<\/strong> deposition<\/a> without pro hac vice admission,<\/strong> and then proceeded to act in a \u201cridiculously unprofessional\u201d<\/strong> manner<\/strong>, according to a sanctions<\/strong> motion by a Los Angeles man.<\/p>\n

The ABA Journal reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n

“Alex Spiro<\/strong> acted in a way that was \u201castonishingly unprofessional<\/strong>, as he continually interrupted the deposition<\/strong> with commentary, gave numerous improper instructions<\/strong> not to answer, berated opposing counsel<\/strong>, insulted plaintiff\u2019s claims<\/strong>, mocked counsel\u2019s questions<\/strong>, and generally acted in the most obnoxious manner one could contemplate<\/strong> without crossing into parody,\u201d according to allegations in the April 8 sanctions motion<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The motion claims that Spiro\u2019s \u201csense of entitlement\u201d<\/strong> led to his surprise appearance<\/strong> at the March 27 deposition and to his \u201coutrageous conduct\u201d<\/strong> at the proceeding.<\/div>\n

Spiro, who \u201cbrazenly engaged in unauthorized practice of law,\u201d<\/strong> according to the sanctions motion, tried to seal the transcript<\/strong>\u2014without success<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

Spiro\u2019s<\/strong> name appeared 170 times<\/strong> in the transcript of the 110-page deposition. He continuously interrupted<\/strong> with \u201csnide and ridiculous commentary\u201d<\/strong> while coaching the witness<\/strong>, the motion alleged.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Spiro<\/strong> had filed a motion for pro hac vice permission<\/strong> to participate in the case, even though he is not licensed in Texas, but it had not been granted at the time of the deposition, according to Reuters.<\/div>\n

Bloom’s mother, disgraced attorney Gloria Allred,<\/strong> has been accused of being involved in numerous murders<\/strong> for the organized criminal syndicate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Pattern of Witness Intimidation and Threats<\/h2>\n

How ‘Fixer’ Attorney Alex Spiro Attacks Victims<\/h3>\n

Harvey Weinstein<\/strong> also happens to be a longtime business associate of rapper Jay-Z<\/strong>.
\nJay-Z is currently under fire for his alleged role in the rape of a then 13-year-old girl<\/strong> in New York<\/strong>. Both Jay-Z<\/strong> and Diddy\u2019s legal teams<\/strong> have also been accused<\/a> of underhanded and illegal tactics<\/strong> to silence<\/strong> and intimidate their victims<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Recently, Jay-Z\u2019s attorney Alex Spiro<\/strong> has gone after plaintiff\u2019s attorney Tony Buzbee<\/strong>, a move many critics refer to as the Gloria Allred & Tom Girardi playbook<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tom Girardi<\/strong> is a disbarred<\/strong> California attorney convicted of stealing tens of millions of dollars<\/strong> from his clients. Both Girardi<\/strong> and Allred<\/strong> are alleged to have stolen clients funds<\/strong>, and engaged in attacks on victims<\/strong> and their attorneys<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro<\/strong>, is alleged to have sent private investigators<\/strong> to harass<\/strong> and intimidate <\/strong>the 13-year-old victim <\/strong>at her home. The PI\u2019s then attempted to manufacture a confession<\/strong> from the victim, by manipulating<\/strong> the audio recorded under duress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Spiro<\/strong> and his attack team<\/strong> attempted to smear<\/strong> the 13 year-old-victim<\/strong> as a liar. It later came out that the victim\u2019s attorney, Tony Buzbee<\/strong>, had reached a confidential settlement<\/strong> which Spiro<\/strong> then reneged on.<\/p>\n

As part of a one two punch, Spiro<\/strong> filed a lawsuit against Buzbee<\/strong> once he was able to allegedly deceive<\/strong>\u00a0him into dismissing the lawsuit for a settlement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Gloria Allred<\/strong> frequently utilized the services of disgraced<\/strong> former private investigator Anthony Pellicano<\/strong>, who is now a convicted felon<\/strong>. Allred is reportedly part of the Hollywood Criminal Syndicate<\/strong>, along with other prominent attorneys including Mark Geragos<\/strong>, and former Diddy assistant<\/strong>, Ben Meiseles<\/strong>, who are tasked with protecting the Hollywood elite<\/strong> and their criminal operations<\/strong>, at any<\/em> cost.<\/p>\n

Mark Geragos<\/strong> recently<\/a> came out publicly a few weeks ago as Diddy’s attorney<\/strong>, after many speculated he was running the show from the shadows utilizing his daughter, Teny Geragos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Gloria Allred<\/strong> was recently exposed<\/a> by the Wall Street Journal<\/strong>, who interviewed numerous former clients about her double-dealing, theft,<\/strong> and high pressure manipulation<\/strong>. According to WSJ, Allred<\/strong> kept up to 75% of her clients settlements.<\/p>\n

Other victims have alleged in some cases, she kept 100% of the settlements,<\/strong> in a scheme<\/a> dubbed ‘Catch, Pocket, and Kill.’\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sean \u2018Diddy\u2019 Combs<\/strong> and Jay-Z <\/strong>are alleged to utilize ‘fixers’<\/strong> to physically intimidate<\/strong>, and if needed, eliminate people<\/strong> who pose a threat to their organized criminal syndicate.<\/p>\n

Numerous Murders Alleged<\/h2>\n

Numerous alleged murders<\/strong> have been attributed to both Diddy<\/strong> and Jay-Z, <\/strong>and which are currently under investigation. Included is the murder<\/strong> of Jay-Z’s <\/strong>former alleged mistress, Cathy White.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jay-Z<\/strong> was recently named in reports covering the suspicious death<\/a> of his former bodyguard<\/strong>, Uncle Ron <\/strong>at age 59. Uncle Ron had gone live on social media prior to his death, vowing to expose Jay-Z, Diddy,<\/strong> and others in Hollywood.<\/p>\n
