The prosecution issued a scathing letter<\/strong> against attorney<\/strong> Mark Geragos <\/strong>today, for breaking procedure in his role as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> quasi-attorney <\/strong>and consultant<\/strong>. According to filing #319<\/a>, Mark Geragos<\/strong> is present in the court room, consulting for Diddy’s defense<\/strong>, yet refuses<\/strong> to file a notice<\/strong> of<\/strong> appearance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mark Geragos – Diddy’s ‘Fixer’ Attorney<\/em><\/h2>\n

Despite representing Diddy for decades<\/strong>, Mark Geragos<\/strong> has been hiding<\/strong> his hand<\/strong> in Diddy’s criminal trial – some say due to his role as a ‘fixer’ for Diddy<\/strong>, which includes threatening<\/strong> and intimidating<\/strong> victims<\/strong> – and much worse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We’ve written extensively<\/a> about Team Diddy’s harassment and intimidation campaigns<\/strong>, including against attorneys<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Also at issue, is Mark Geragos’s<\/strong> numerous media appearances<\/strong> designed to sway public opinion against the prosecution. Geragos’<\/strong> media campaign<\/a> on behalf of Diddy<\/strong> goes all the way back to November 2024<\/strong> on NewsNation<\/strong>, when he attempted to cast doubt on grand jury witness Courtney Burgess<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The prosecution seems to be well-aware<\/strong> of Mark Geragos’ tainted history with Diddy<\/strong>, and calls him out for not filing a notice of appearance<\/strong> in the case.<\/p>\n

“Mr. Geragos and his firm have a long-standing relationship with the defendant<\/strong> (see <\/i>Gov\u2019t Mot. filed Feb. 25, 2025 (filed under seal)), but neither Mr. Geragos nor any member of his firm has filed a notice of appearance in this case<\/strong>,” states the filing.<\/p>\n

Mark Geragos’ Pro-Diddy Propaganda<\/em><\/h2>\n

The prosecution goes on to request the Judge<\/strong> admonish<\/strong> Mark Geragos<\/strong> for his off-again on-again<\/strong> lawyer act, while using his TMZ podcast with Harvey Levin<\/strong> to spew his pro-Diddy propaganda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The filing continues: “The need for the Court\u2019s admonishment<\/strong> is necessary given that as recently as three days ago, Mr. Geragos<\/strong> spoke at length about the trial in this case in his podcast called \u201c2 Angry Men<\/strong>,\u201d Mr. Geragos\u2019s podcast<\/strong> with<\/strong> Harvey Levin<\/strong>, the creator of the tabloid news organization TMZ<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

The filing concludes:<\/p>\n

“As the defendant has repeatedly observed in the context of seeking relief pursuant to Local Rule 23.1, courts have an \u201cindependent obligation to \u2018avoid the creation<\/strong> of a \u2018carnival atmosphere\u2019<\/strong> in high-profile cases.\u2019\u201d … Additionally, in seeking Court intervention under the Rule as recently as April 28, 2025, the defendant has complained that \u201clawyers for government witnesses have commented on pretrial litigation<\/strong> and continued to broadcast prejudicial statements<\/strong>.\u201d (Dkt.
