Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ <\/strong>admitted\u00a0good friend<\/a> and ‘fixer’ attorney<\/strong>, Mark Geragos<\/strong>, made an appearance<\/a> on News Nation<\/strong> to push that prosecutors are “trying to rewrite history<\/strong>.” Mark Geragos<\/strong> has faced a series<\/a> of controversies<\/strong> in the Diddy federal case<\/strong> lately, including admonishment<\/strong><\/a> by Judge Subramanian<\/strong> after prosecutors<\/strong> called him out for breaking with court procedure<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Specifically, Judge Subramanian<\/strong> held that Mark Geragos<\/strong> going on a media blitz<\/strong><\/a> using TMZ<\/strong> and other media outlets, was violating court procedure<\/strong> by making prejudicial public statements<\/strong> while he is Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs attorney<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mark Geragos<\/strong> still refuses to file a notice of appearance<\/strong> in the federal case<\/strong>, apparently preferring to operate from the shadows<\/strong> using his daughter Teny Geragos<\/strong> as his front. Geragos<\/strong> is known as being a longtime ‘fixer’ attorney<\/strong> that would do “anything” Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs asked him to.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPart of the conundrum for the prosecution<\/strong>, and I\u2019m sure you\u2019re going to see this later on, is is this case revisionist history<\/strong>?\u201d Mark Geragos<\/strong> said on Cuomo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This means \u201care we looking back 10 or 20 years<\/strong> and are we trying to rewrite history<\/strong>,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cSean Combs<\/strong> was the biggest star on the planet in the \u201990s, in the early 2000s<\/strong>. This supposed conspiracy<\/strong> starts in 2004<\/strong>, and he was wildly successful before 2004, so it\u2019s almost turning the world on its head<\/strong> in terms of the prosecutorial theory<\/strong> here,\u201d Geragos<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n
