A newly filed lawsuit<\/strong> accuses current Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez\u00a0<\/strong>AND Jay-Z’s company, Roc Nation,<\/strong> of numerous illegal acts<\/strong>\u00a0including racketeering<\/a><\/strong>. The 64 page complaint was filed in federal court,<\/strong> and makes a point to highlight Perez\u2019s conviction for cocaine trafficking, <\/strong>and status as a convicted felon<\/strong>. How Perez<\/strong> ended up as Roc Nation\u2019s CEO<\/strong> seems to be yet another mystery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit alleges that Desiree Perez<\/strong> engaged in a campaign of illegal acts<\/strong> against her own daughter<\/strong>, utilizing the resources of Roc Nation<\/strong>. This includes allegedly engaging in racketeering<\/strong>, and a conspiracy to illegally wiretap<\/strong> and plant a hidden camera, <\/strong>in order\u00a0to illegally surveil the plaintiff<\/strong>. The worst allegations<\/strong> center around an attempt by Perez<\/strong> to Baker Act<\/strong> her daughter, similar to a 5150<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit, filed by Perez\u2019s own daughter<\/strong>, have many questioning why Roc Nation\u2019s leadership,<\/strong> has such strong connections to alleged criminal acts, <\/strong>and\u00a0more specifically, <\/strong>drug trafficking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jay-Z<\/strong> has his own shady history. As Norwegian newspaper Dagens N\u00e6ringsliv <\/strong>has stated, Jay-Z<\/strong> is known for dealing crack<\/a> as a teenager, and stabbing a record producer<\/strong> in 1999<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Roc Nation’s “Shady Business”<\/em><\/h2>\n

The onslaught of allegations of wrong doing<\/strong> by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation<\/strong>, seems to grow by the day. We previously<\/a> wrote<\/a> about the multiple accusations<\/strong> against Roc Nation<\/strong>, and their attorney Alex Spiro (rhymes with pyro)<\/strong>, being directly involved in the wrongful incarceration<\/strong> of Torey Lanez<\/strong>. Lanez’s father has been a vocal whistleblower<\/strong> against Spiro<\/strong> and Roc Nation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Roc Nation attorney Alex Spiro<\/strong> has a long, shady history of “outrageous conduct<\/a>,” and alleged to be involved in “efforts to silence victims<\/a>” on behalf of former client Harvey Weinstein, <\/strong>and lawyer<\/strong> Lisa Bloom<\/strong>. The ‘fixer attorney’<\/strong> is also said to have impersonated law enforcement<\/a>. Many of the claims against Spiro<\/strong> seem to echo the allegations<\/strong> set forth in the lawsuit by the Roc Nation CEO’s own daughter, <\/strong>where conspiracy<\/strong> is alleged.<\/p>\n

The worst allegations against Jay-Z<\/strong> and Roc Nation<\/strong> center around the alleged murder<\/strong> of Jay-Z’s former bodyguard<\/strong>, Uncle Ron<\/strong>. The harrowing video below was made after Uncle Ron<\/strong> was violently attacked<\/strong>, after speaking out about Jay-Z, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs,\u00a0<\/strong>and others. Uncle Ron<\/strong> died shortly after.<\/p>\n
