Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’<\/strong> close friend and associate Fat Joe<\/strong>, real name Joseph Cartagena<\/strong>, is being sued along with Jay-Z’s<\/strong> company Roc Nation<\/strong>. Yesterday, we covered<\/a> the suspicious arrest<\/strong> of plaintiff Terrance Dixon’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Former Jay-Z Roc-a-Fella<\/strong> alum Choke No Joke, <\/strong>stated<\/a> that he believes Jay-Z’s Roc Nation<\/strong> and their lawyer Joe Tacopina<\/strong>, are behind the attempted silencing of attorney Tyrone Blackburn<\/strong>. Fat Joe has a long, sordid history<\/strong> with both Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> and Shawn Carter<\/strong>, better known as Jay-Z<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Roc Nation, or RICO Nation?<\/em><\/h2>\n

‘Fixer’ Attorneys Tacopina, Geragos, and Spiro<\/em><\/h3>\n

Given the allegations against Roc Nation<\/strong>, many critics are suspicious<\/strong> of the moves ‘fixer’ attorneys like Tacopina<\/strong> are making behind the scenes<\/strong>, in order to silence victims and their attorneys<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Following the arrest, Harvey Levin’s TMZ<\/strong> was quick to give Tacopina<\/strong> a platform<\/a> to continue to assassinate Blackburn’s character<\/strong>. Tacopina<\/strong> has been a guest on Levin<\/strong> and Diddy attorney Mark Geragos’<\/strong> podcast, 2 Angry Men<\/strong>, previously<\/a>. Mark Geragos<\/strong> has also been accused<\/a> of silencing victims<\/strong> and witnesses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/strong> and Mark Geragos<\/strong> were singled out for admonishment<\/strong><\/a> by Judge Subramanian<\/strong> in Diddy’s federal trial<\/strong>. TMZ has been frequently referred<\/a> to as Diddy’s propaganda machine<\/strong> by commentators.<\/p>\n

Attorney Joe Tacopina<\/strong> has represented the likes of Diddy<\/strong> associate Meek Mill<\/strong>, and other rappers including A$AP Rocky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fellow Roc Nation attorney Alex Spiro<\/strong> (rhymes with pyromaniac), has been accused of a laundry list of alleged crimes<\/strong>, including “unauthorized practice of law<\/a>,”\u00a0impersonating law enforcement,<\/a> and <\/strong>victim intimidation<\/a>. Spiro\u00a0<\/strong>is representing Roc Nation<\/strong> in Dixon’s lawsuit.<\/p>\n

Roc Nation<\/strong> has faced an avalanche of accusations<\/strong> recently, including by rap star Nicki Minaj<\/strong><\/a>, it’s own CEO’s daughter<\/strong><\/a>, Tory Lanez<\/strong><\/a>, and many others<\/a>.<\/p>\n
