In a major defeat<\/strong> for Alex Spiro’s client Jay-Z<\/strong>, an L.A. County Judge<\/strong> has dismissed<\/a> his extortion and defamation case<\/strong> against attorney Tony Buzbee<\/strong>. Jay-Z’s
\n“retaliatory” counter-suit,<\/strong> is now dead in the water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, <\/strong>we reported that Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro<\/strong> (rhymes with pyro) was in Venice, Italy<\/strong>, gallivanting<\/strong><\/a> with Diddy and Jay-Z’s ‘bagman,’ Corey Gamble<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day<\/em><\/h2>\n

The Fall of ‘Fixer’ Attorney Alex Spiro<\/em><\/h3>\n

Jay-Z’s unscrupulous attorney<\/strong>, Alex Spiro<\/strong>, is said to be having a bad year<\/strong>. Besides being accused of \u201cunauthorized practice of law<\/a>,\u201d\u00a0impersonating law enforcement,<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>victim intimidation,<\/a> and many other unscrupulous<\/a> acts, Alex Spiro <\/strong>seems to be facing a career meltdown. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Spiro<\/strong> is representing Jay-Z <\/strong>and Roc Nation<\/strong> in several lawsuits, including a lawsuit<\/a> by Terrence Dixon<\/strong> against Diddy <\/strong>and Jay-Z associate<\/strong>, Fat Joe<\/strong>. Spiro went on a campaign to attempt to distance Jay-Z from Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> in the public eye, with his infamous power-point presentation<\/strong> backfiring<\/strong> last fall.<\/p>\n

Alex Spiro’s Obstruction of Justice<\/em><\/h2>\n

Jay-Z “orchestrat[ed]<\/strong> a conspiracy of harassment, bullying and intimidation”<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Spiro <\/strong>had filed a\u00a0counter-suit<\/strong> late last year, against Houston plaintiff’s attorney<\/strong> Tony Buzbee, <\/strong>who represents the 13 year-old victim <\/strong>who alleged Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong> and Jay-Z<\/strong> raped<\/strong> her<\/strong>. The counter-suit was said to be filed as a means to silence both the victim and her attorney<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Buzbee<\/strong> referred to the counter-suit<\/strong> and how Jay-Z \u201corchestrat[ed]<\/strong> a conspiracy of harassment, bullying and intimidation<\/strong> against Plaintiff\u2019s lawyers, their lawyers, employees, and former associates in an attempt to silence Plaintiff from naming Jay-Z<\/strong> herein.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back in December, 2024<\/strong>, we covered<\/a> how Buzbee<\/strong> alleged that Alex Spiro was sending unlicensed private investigators<\/strong> to his former clients to solicit them in suing<\/strong> him, a crime<\/strong> known as barratry<\/strong>. Buzbee<\/strong> caught the ‘investigators’ red-handed<\/strong>, with one of his clients video taping the whole conspiracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Worse yet, apparently Spiro<\/strong> had sent investigators to surreptitiously record<\/strong> the 13 year-old victim<\/strong> at her residence, and then manipulated the audio<\/strong> to make it appear that she admitted to lying.<\/p>\n

‘Legal snake’ Spiro<\/strong> is said to have tricked Buzbee<\/strong> into dropping the lawsuit<\/strong> against Jay-Z<\/strong>, by stating he was willing to settle with the victim.\u00a0<\/strong>Once the lawsuit was dropped however, Spiro<\/strong> launched a meritless counter-suit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spiro<\/strong> has been working in overdrive to destroy the 13 year-old victim in the media<\/strong>, using an NBC interview<\/strong><\/a> to try and poke holes in her account<\/strong> of what happened.<\/p>\n

Our sources state that the alleged “inconsistencies” cited in the story are due to the victim being extremely drugged and tired<\/strong> from all the abuse<\/strong>, and sleeping through the ride to the gas station<\/strong>, and then home. Her father not remembering driving 5 hours each way, is apparently due to her being dropped off by other people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We highlighted<\/a> how Spiro’s allegedly illegal tactics<\/strong> mirrored his associate, Diddy attorney Mark Geragos\u00a0<\/strong>use of now convicted-felon and ex-PI, Anthony Pellicano, <\/strong>to silence and intimidate victims<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jay-Z Is Next – The Beginning of the End<\/em><\/h2>\n

A “Real Problem for [Shawn] Carter”<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

\u201cThere is no demand for a particular sum of money, although that is not enough to protect the Letters. The real problem for Carter<\/strong> is that the mediation request is about the sexual abuse allegations underpinning a potential civil case, and nothing else<\/strong>. There are no extraneous allegations<\/strong> as to publicizing other unrelated and unsavory things related to Carter<\/strong> and there are no promises to refrain from going to law enforcement<\/strong> if Carter agrees to mediate and does settle,\u201d Judge Epstein<\/strong> wrote in decision.<\/p>\n
