That occurred while Howard Kennedy attorneys were actively advising the Assange campaign. Now, that same firm is leading the effort in <strong>Mahim Khan v. THE CASE OF VIRGINIA GIUFFRE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"4\" data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<li data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1762\">\n<p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1762\">Virginia Giuffre was presented to the public as one of Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s most high-profile accusers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1942\">\n<p data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1942\">Represented by <strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1796\">David Boies<\/strong>, her case became a symbol of Boies\u2019 moral posturing on abuse, even as his firm was under fire for representing predators like Harvey Weinstein.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2043\">\n<p data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2043\">In late 2023, <strong data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"1992\">Giuffre was reported missing<\/strong>. A week later, reports of her \u201csuicide\u201d emerged.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<p data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2280\">However, investigative journalism by <strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2099\">Shockya.com<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2125\">Lady Victoria Hervey<\/strong>, and whistleblowers in the Epstein case revealed that <strong data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2215\">Giuffre had faked her own death<\/strong> under pressure and was \u201csuicided\u201d shortly after being exposed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2044\" data-end=\"2280\">\n<h3 data-start=\"82\" data-end=\"117\"><strong data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"115\">The Alpha Nero Debacle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"118\" data-end=\"256\">What started as a sanctioned yacht seizure by Antigua\u2019s Prime Minister <strong data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"206\">Gaston Browne<\/strong> turned into a legal disaster for <strong data-start=\"240\" data-end=\"255\">David Boies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"398\">He sued a sovereign government\u2014and even <strong data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"304\">me<\/strong>, Alki David\u2014in a botched attempt to reclaim a $100M superyacht tied to Russian oligarch cash.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"511\">But the case backfired.<br data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"426\" \/>Boies exposed his own network of corruption, asset theft, and political interference.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"602\"><strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"548\">Alpha Nero wasn\u2019t just a yacht.<\/strong><br data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"551\" \/>It was a trap.<br data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"568\" \/>And Boies walked straight into it.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2285\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2349\"><strong data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2349\">III. DAVID BOIES\u2019 ROLE IN ORGANIZED LEGAL RACKETEERING<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2606\">David Boies, who also represented <strong data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2408\">Elizabeth Taylor<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2413\" data-end=\"2461\">Marguerita Nichols (Jane Doe in 20STCV37498)<\/strong> in cases against me, has repeatedly engaged in malicious prosecution and media defamation in tandem with <strong data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2584\">Gloria Allred<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2589\" data-end=\"2603\">Lisa Bloom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2903\">The common thread in all of these cases is a <strong data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2678\">media-legal complex<\/strong>, where pre-written defamation campaigns are launched in the press (e.g., TMZ, WSJ, CBS) while legal filings are coordinated to drain resources, destroy reputations, and obtain settlements or enforcement actions under duress.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2908\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"2956\"><strong data-start=\"2914\" data-end=\"2956\">IV. THE WSJ ARTICLE BY KHADEEJA SAFDAR<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"3136\">In early 2024, I reluctantly cooperated with <strong data-start=\"3007\" data-end=\"3026\">Khadeeja Safdar<\/strong> of the Wall Street Journal, believing she would expose the misconduct of <strong data-start=\"3100\" data-end=\"3133\">Allred, Boies, and Mahim Khan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3385\">Despite presenting irrefutable evidence\u2014including text messages, witness affidavits, sealed depositions, and KPMG\/BDO audits\u2014Safdar chose to <strong data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3303\">bury the evidence<\/strong>, producing instead a <strong data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3347\">targeted hit-piece<\/strong> aimed at destroying my credibility. THE MEDIA SYNDICATE AND UK CONNECTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3670\">The tactics used in the U.S. mirror those deployed in the UK.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3675\" data-end=\"3831\">I have personally witnessed the role of Inside Edition, Daphne Barak, and others, sent by CBS and other groups to intimidate, misrepresent, and defame me.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/?attachment_id=205077\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-205077\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-205077\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sumner-redstone-shari-redstone-bill-cohan.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sumner-redstone-shari-redstone-bill-cohan.jpg.webp 1440w, https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sumner-redstone-shari-redstone-bill-cohan.jpg-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sumner-redstone-shari-redstone-bill-cohan.jpg-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.shockya.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sumner-redstone-shari-redstone-bill-cohan.jpg-768x512.webp 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3836\" data-end=\"4076\">This Court must be aware that the <strong data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"3884\">Mega Group<\/strong>, a shadowy cabal of media and legal operatives including <strong data-start=\"3942\" data-end=\"3989\">Les Moonves, Shari Redstone, chairwoman of Paramount Global and National Amusements, is not currently facing formal bribery charges. However, her decision to support a $16 million settlement with former President Donald Trump\u2014part of a $20 billion lawsuit over a CBS \u201c60 Minutes\u201d interview\u2014has sparked serious accusations and concerns about potential bribery. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3836\" data-end=\"4076\"><strong data-start=\"3942\" data-end=\"3989\">Rupert Murdoch<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"3995\" data-end=\"4010\">David Boies<\/strong>, both directly responsible for much of this coordinated campaign.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4081\" data-end=\"4274\">Their goal has been to suppress <strong data-start=\"4113\" data-end=\"4123\">SwissX<\/strong>, destroy <strong data-start=\"4133\" data-end=\"4151\">my credibility<\/strong>, and enable the theft of my <strong data-start=\"4180\" data-end=\"4205\">intellectual property<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"4210\" data-end=\"4250\">carbon-based sovereign wealth assets<\/strong> in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4276\" data-end=\"4279\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4281\" data-end=\"4313\"><strong data-start=\"4285\" data-end=\"4313\">VI. REQUEST TO THE COURT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4319\" data-end=\"4469\">I ask this Honourable Court to consider these facts in light of the broader campaign of <strong data-start=\"4407\" data-end=\"4427\">Judicial Lawfare<\/strong>, Media Abuse, and Witness Intimidation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4474\" data-end=\"4628\">The <strong data-start=\"4478\" data-end=\"4494\">Giuffre case<\/strong> illustrates the sinister capabilities of this network to <strong data-start=\"4552\" data-end=\"4571\">erase witnesses<\/strong>, fabricate narratives, and weaponize the legal system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4633\" data-end=\"4813\">It also exposes the ongoing risk to me and others, and the need for this Court to scrutinize any <strong data-start=\"4730\" data-end=\"4759\">foreign enforcement order<\/strong> brought by claimants with proven links to this cabal.<\/p>\n<h3>Who Is Behind the Curtain?<\/h3>\n<p>The individuals listed below are not lone actors. They operate under the protection and political cover of what I call the <strong>Predator Elite<\/strong> \u2014 a transnational syndicate of media barons, corrupt attorneys, state-sanctioned intelligence handlers, and corporate fixers. At the center of this structure is <strong>Gloria Allred<\/strong>, the legal architect who built and managed the network\u2019s strategic litigation warfare apparatus. My co-victims and collaborators have long referred to these actors as <strong>Predators<\/strong>, not just because of their tactics in courtrooms, but because of their connection to <strong>labor racketeering and the trafficking and cover-up of CSAM (child sexual abuse material)<\/strong>. Allred and her crew do not act alone \u2014 they protect and enforce the interests of the world\u2019s most dangerous corporate criminals. Her operations provide legal justification for character assassination, civil asset forfeiture, and the quiet disposal of dissenters. She acknowledged the danger, <strong>agreed with multiple lawyers<\/strong> that foul play was involved \u2014 and then stayed silent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mahim Khan<\/strong> \u2014 the complainant, but merely a front for deeper actors.
