Celebrity publicist and music producer Jonathan Hay<\/strong> has revealed himself as plaintiff ‘John Doe’<\/strong> in a Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs lawsuit<\/strong> filed earlier this year in LA Superior Court<\/strong>. The lawsuit was originally filed on July 7, 2025<\/strong>, against Sean Combs and CJ Wallace<\/strong>, the son of murdered rapper Biggie Smalls<\/strong>, better known as Notorious B.I.G.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an exclusive interview<\/strong> with investigative reporter Paul Smith, Jonathan Hay reveals what led him to reveal his name<\/strong> in such a high profile lawsuit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It’s about pushing for criminal charges. I want all Diddy’s victims to have justice. For me, it was the right thing to do. Having a voice is important.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonathan Hay<\/strong> has worked with famous names including Rihanna, Michael Jackson, and Whitney Houston<\/strong>. One of Hay’s big breaks into the music industry, was working with Rihanna <\/strong>and co-producing<\/strong> her first major hit, Pon De Replay<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rihanna <\/strong>went on to be signed<\/a> by Jay-Z<\/strong> in 2003<\/strong>, after Jay-Z<\/strong> ‘joked’ about “throwing her out the window”<\/a> from the 29th floor, if she didn’t sign the deal with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Biggie Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Biggie Smalls tragic murder in 1997<\/strong> has been long attributed to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs<\/strong>. Adding fuel to fire has been a verbal back and forth<\/a> with those close to Smalls prior to the L.A. murder.<\/strong> Former Roc-a-Fella producer Choke No Joke<\/strong> has accused Combs’ former bodyguard Gene Deal<\/strong> of being complicit<\/a> in his murder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonathan Hay<\/strong> has referred to Biggie Smalls as the “first bi-sexual rapper,”<\/strong> adding that CJ Wallace<\/strong> wanted the Biggie Remix album<\/strong> to be LGBTQ+ friendly. The album was recorded with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Johnny Depp and his nephew Billy Rassel, <\/strong>with Jay-Z having a direct role<\/strong> in its production. Hay <\/strong>was heading the music project from its inception. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“He Wanted Me to Do Ketamine.”<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hay recounts meeting at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Mapleton mansion<\/strong> in Holmby Hills<\/strong> for the music project. Subsequent meetings with Combs took a darker turn. “He wanted me to do Ketamine to make the music sound better,” Hay stated.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketamine<\/strong>, known as K<\/strong> or Special K<\/strong>, is also known as horse tranquilizer<\/strong>, and used for its effects of disassociation. In Combs federal trial<\/strong>, Cassie Ventura testified<\/a> that she took Ketamine <\/strong>to disassociate from the freak offs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bad Boy Mansion in Dallas: Four Suspicious Deaths in Six Months<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At a mansion rented by Bad Boy Entertainment <\/strong>in Dallas Texas<\/strong>, Hay <\/strong>describes the plethora of drugs<\/strong> that came through. “It must have been hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of drugs a month. Diddy supplied it all.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay <\/strong>depicts an out of control mansion with wild parties<\/strong>: “They had strippers and sex workers coming over almost every day. It was crazy.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Worse yet, Hay <\/strong>states that in the roughly 6 months <\/strong>that he lived there, four people passed away<\/strong>.
“It was very suspicious. These were people that were healthy and had no reason to suddenly die.”<\/strong>
