This matter cannot continue to drift.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As a litigant in person with traumatic brain injury, David condemns the current setup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe same Cook-managed process continues under the guise of \u2018assistance.\u2019 This creates a clear appearance of bias and destroys any confidence in fairness.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>He accuses the King\u2019s Bench Division of ignoring the <strong>13 red lights<\/strong>, which explicitly include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CHILD ABUSE<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>INDUSTRIAL SCALE DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MURDER OF ASOT MICHAEL<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DISABILITY ABUSES<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record destruction, preservation failures, witness safety threats, and cross-jurisdictional irregularities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Immediate demands to the King\u2019s Bench Division:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Senior Master Jeremy David Cook <strong>recuses immediately<\/strong> or the recusal application is listed <strong>today<\/strong> before an independent judge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The file is reassigned to a professional case manager who understands TBI and disability law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full preservation order<\/strong> on all evidence: court records, emails, WhatsApp exports, CMS logs, police materials, metadata, devices and medical records.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEvery person has the right to a fair hearing.
