Jackson in the big-screen adaptation about the flag-themed shield-wielding supersoldier from WW2. It will be directed by Joe Johnston, and starts filming in England this summer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Captain America: The First Avenger&#8221; is slated for release July 22nd, 2011 and will focus on the early days of Captain America.  A sickly young man named Steve Rogers, intent on joining the fight against the Nazis in WW2, is drafted to be the subject of a project to create a super-soldier at the peak of human performance.
