It comes from <a href=\"http:\/\/desmontandohollywood.blogspot.com\/2010\/05\/cannes-2010-assayas-carlos-poster.html\" target=\"_blank\">D*hOLLYWOOD<\/a> (via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.firstshowing.net\/2010\/05\/09\/check-this-out-olivier-assayas-carlos-official-cannes-poster\/\" target=\"_blank\">First Showing<\/a>) and is advertising Olivier Assayas&#8217; <em>Carlos<\/em>, a massive five-hour flick about Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, also known as Carlos the Jackal, who conducted a series of botched bombings before earning most wanted status for raiding the OPEC headquarters in 1975 making him one of the most wanted fugitives worldwide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The film will be shown at the festival in its entirety, but will be available on the Sundance Channel as a mini-series. D*hOLLYWOOD also notes that a significantly shorter cut will hit some theaters later in the year. I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s a very good reason for the film\u2019s enormous runtime, but I\u2019m not going to lie; the concept of sitting in a theater for 300 minutes is a bit of a turnoff.
