Bows and arrows are clearly no match for Tony Stark’s Iron Man suit. The early numbers are in and Iron Man 2<\/em> held up quite well taking in an impressive $53 million in its second week. Robin Hood’<\/em>s $37.1 million doesn’t sound all that bad, but can be seen as a massive failure considering the Ridley Scott\/Russell Crowe epic cost a whopping $200 million to make.<\/p>\n

\n

The brutal big boys were followed by the Amanda Seyfried romancer Letters to Juliet<\/em>. That one opened up with $13.7 million while Queen Latifah’s comedy, Just Right<\/em>, followed with $8.5. How to Train Your Dragon<\/em> enjoyed yet another week in the top five pulling in $5.1 million in its eighth go-around bringing the domestic total to $207.7 million.<\/p>\n

\n

The bottom five belongs to A Nightmare on Elm Street<\/em>, Date Night<\/em>, The Back-up Plan<\/em>, Furry Vengeance<\/em> and Clash of the Titans<\/em>. Nightmare<\/em> continues to fall fast adding just $4.7 million to the pot, bringing the total to $56 million. However, Date Night<\/em> is still holding strong making $4 million in week six.<\/p>\n

\n

Eighth place goes to The Back-up Plan<\/em> with $2.4 million and ninth to Furry Vengeance<\/em> with $2.3. Lastly, there\u2019s Clash of the Titans<\/em> taking in $1.3 million in week seven boosting it\u2019s total to $160 million.<\/p>\n
