Walker declared that Proposition 8, which bans same-sex couples from marrying in California, is unconstitutional, FOXNews.com is reporting. However, Walker put a temporary hold on his order, so that supporters of Prop-8 have time to file an appeal.<\/p>\n<p>Actress Porta De Rossi, who married comedienne and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres in 2008 when same-sex marriage was briefly made legal in California, said &#8220;I am ecstatic that Proposition-8 has been overturned in the state of California.
