Skyline<\/em> may be yet another alien invasion movie on the way, but from the moment someone snapped that very first picture of the film’s Comic-Con banner, it’s been stirring up some serious buzz. Unlike most of its kind, Skyline<\/em> isn’t a big budget production and apparently had a crew of just 20 people, but by the looks of the film’s very first trailer, however minimal their resources were, the Strause brothers put them to good use.<\/p>\n

Here’s the film’s official synopsis:<\/p>\n

In the sci-fi thriller Skyline, strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s one thing to just picture this happening in your mind or to take a glance at Skyline’<\/em>s poster<\/a>, but seeing masses of people being beamed up in the trailer is particualrly unsettling.
