Early reports have described the proposed movie as being &#8216;Die Hard&#8217; set in prison.<\/p>\n<p>The news comes after Haggis is preparing to release his latest film, &#8216;The Next Three Days.&#8217; He doesn&#8217;t have any other projects lined up after writing, and possibly directing, the big screen adaptation of &#8216;The Equalizer,&#8217; which provides him with the time to work on the &#8216;Celda 211&#8217; remake.<\/p>\n<p>The original &#8216;Celda 211,&#8217; which won Best Film, Best Director and Best Screenplay at the Spanish equivalent to the Academy Awards, the Goya Awards, follows Juan (played by Alberto Ammann), who was just hired as a prison guard. He goes to the prison a day before he&#8217;s scheduled to begin working just to look around. A violent riot breaks out, and traps him inside.
