Donald Karpel, the lawyer representing Welch, confirmed the news, saying &#8220;There is a settlement and all of the issues have been amicably and completely resolved.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Welch has also commented on the settlement, saying she&#8217;s happy with the agreement. While details of the settlement haven&#8217;t been released, Welch also said that she&#8217;s ready to move on and to start working again.<\/p>\n<p><em>Access Hollywood <\/em>was the first to report earlier this month that the &#8216;Camp Rock&#8217; star was close to reaching an agreement with Welch.
