Warner Brothers has long since given the impression that the “Justice League” movie would have nothing to do with the Nolan-verse Batman or subsequent DC character films, despite rumors. Well, now that the news that the “Justice League” movie is set for 2013<\/a>, questions have again flared about about whether the film will have any connection to other DC films, namely, “Superman: Man of Steel”. <\/p>\n

HeyUGuys<\/a> approached “Superman” director Zack Snyder about whether his film will have any connection to “Justice League”, and he said no.<\/p>\n

“It doesn’t,” he said. “Like what Chris Nolan is doing and what I’m doing with Superman, what they’ll do with Justice League will be it’s own thing with it\u2019s own Batman and own Superman. We\u2019ll be over here with our movie and they\u2019ll kinda get to do it twice which is kinda cool.”<\/p>\n

Sure, I guess. But to me, WB’s idea of making none of the films connect together makes no sense, unlike Marvel, who is making sure all the actors from all of the Marvel films will be together in the big culmination film, “The Avengers” (with the exception of the revolving door that is the role of the Incredible Hulk). By doing the films this way, it feels like everything is part of a set, and, subsequently, part of the same universe. Oh well. <\/p>\n
