Break Sk8 Biography: The Breaksk8 Entertainment Crew was formed in 2001 by 5 of the best Jam skaters in the nation. After dominating competitions for over 3 years the B.E.C started performing at skating rinks nationwide and teaching kids how to skate. In 2004 Breaksk8 was approached by the AND1 basketball team that was coming to their hometown of Kokomo, Indiana and they wanted them to perform halftime for the featured game. After getting a standing ovation the B.E.C started performing for local high schools all over Central Indiana and was shortly approached by Ball State University a NCAA Division I School. Soon after the Indiana Pacers brought the B.E.C in to perform at every home game the 2005 season. In 2005 the B.E.C was also featured in the motion picture “Roll Bounce” as well as performing the stunt skating for the movie. In 2006 Breaksk8 started performing halftime for the majority of the NBA and NCAA as well as the WNBA.<\/p>\n
Breaksk8 has taken roller-skating to levels that nobody thought was possible, and actually made roller-skating cool again. The B.E.C is currently one of the top entertainment acts in the nation and they don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!<\/p>\n
