girl roots in the American Reunion sequel!\u00a0 At first mention the thought of\u00a0 a reunion seemed like a bad idea, but now that the entire cast has decided to\u00a0 climb on board the comedy franchise, with a script from Harold and Kumar writers Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, things are looking up!\u00a0 The duo will also be directing the 2012 release.<\/p>\n<p>Returning cast members include actor Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan, Chris Klein, Thomas  Ian Nicholas, party girl Tara Reid, Mena Suvari, and Jennifer Coolidge.\u00a0 30 Rock actress Katrina Bowden is also a new addition to the storyline.\u00a0 Bowden will play Klein&#8217;s on screen girlfriend in American Reunion.\u00a0 Filming has already kicked off in Atlanta, with a release date scheduled for April 6th of next year.\u00a0 The plot will follow the former high school students, and friends, as they reunite ten years later.<\/p>\n<p>Shannon Elizabeth&#8217;s more notable acting roles since appearing the the last American Pie installment\u00a0 back in 2001 include That 70&#8217;s Show as Ashton Kutcher&#8217;s pregnant girlfriend Brooke, the TV series Cuts, and the movie\u00a0 Love Actually.<\/p>\n<p>Are you ready for American Reunion now that the entire cast will be returning?!<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_52488\"
