Cult classics will collide when the alum from Joss Whedon’s fan favorite meets Supernatural this fall. Per TV Line, Famed Buffy stars (and Angel cast members) Charisma Carpenter, who played Cordelia, and James Marsters, known as Spike, are set to guest star in the CW’s hit show. Showing up in season seven’s episode entitled ‘Shut Up Dr. Phil’, the duo will play a married couple with similar qualities to the old show Bewitched. Charisma’s character is a witch and wife married to Marster, who goes a little crazy on a small town after she is wronged. Dean and Sam (mostly likely) will be out to stop her.<\/p>\n

This isn’t the first time Buffy\/Angel stars have stepped foot on Winchester territory. Back in season one of the Eric Kripke creation, actress Amy Acker appeared in a guest stint, with Amber Benson and Mercedes McNab making appearances as well in the show. Supernatural’s seventh year is scheduled to kick off on the CW this fall, on September 23rd. Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters, who previously played for opposite sides in Buffy, will reunite on the small screen, appearing in the fifth show of the season.<\/p>\n
