We’ve been so entrenched in the volatile situation between Walt (Bryan Cranston) and Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) recently on Breaking Bad<\/I>, I’ve almost forgotten about Walt’s cancer. Even though our main man got a stellar report back in season two, he’s still checking in with the doctor on a regular basis.<\/p>\n
In this sneak peek of episode 408, “Hermanos,” not only do we get a look at what Walt goes through before sitting down for his consultation, but a sense of where his head is at through a conversation with a cancer patient that’s far newer to the process.<\/p>\n
Part of me thinks this moment could allude to the return of Walt\u2019s condition, but it could also represent a shift in control, perhaps Walt moving forward with his plan to take care of Gus himself. My fingers are crossed for the latter. Based on the last episode, it doesn\u2019t seem like Jesse will build up the nerve to put that ricin to use.<\/p>\n
