Also agreed to are acquiring global, software liscense agreements related to Cinedigm&#8217;s digital theatrical movie and trailer distribution business. <\/p>\n<p>The deal between Cinedigm, Access Digital Media, Inc. and Technicolor USA, was announced July 27 of this year, but is expected to close this November. Throughout the month of November, the companies will work together to ensure a smooth transition for employees and customers. <\/p>\n<p>Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. is a leader in providing the services, experience, technology and content critical to helping  movie theaters transition into digital and networked entertainment centers.
